Exploring the heritage sites in Kathmandu, relaxing in beautiful lake city of Pokhara and safari tour in Chitwan park will make an unforgettable Nepal holiday. We start this tour with visiting heritage sites, temples and monuments in Kathmandu and head for Pokhara to enjoy the beautiful lakes and breathtaking mountain scenery. We conclude our trip with an elephant back safari in Chitwan national park where we would see wild animals from rhinos, crocodiles, leopards and if lucky even a tiger.
Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel
Day 02: Guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu including kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath and Swoyambhunath stupa.
Day 03: Early flight to Pokhara, short sightseeing and boating in the lake
Day 04: Early morning drive to Sarangkot to see sunrise over Himalayan panorama.Drive to Chitwan national park.Overnight at a lodge by the side of the park.
Day 05: Jungle activities like canoeing, elephant back safari, visiting elephant breeding centre and ethnic cultural programme.
Day 06: Birdwatching and fly back to Kathmandu, leisure at Kathmandu. Evening farewell Nepali dineer with cultural show.
Day 07: Fly back home.
